About
Twin Gables was built in 1929, by Joe Pankratz. The addition to the original gas station was done in the '50 by the Homilius who operated an appliance repair shop alongside the service station, cooler and minnow well.
Additional Info
Twin Gables has been a landmark for the Comfort Community for many years. Memories of little league baseball stop, hanging deer in cooler, minnows from the cement well, a church resale shop, beer club, community gathering spot.
