Dr. Elizabeth "Anne" Boothe has built a distinguished career in Texas education over three decades, moving from classroom teacher to district executive across some of the state's most dynamic school systems. Holding a Doctor of Educational Leadership from the University of Houston — earned Summa Cum Laude, and serving as Dissertation Committee Adjunct Professor — she has served in academic director roles at Houston ISD, Austin ISD, Brazosport ISD, and Eanes ISD, leading initiatives in curriculum, instructional technology, grants/federal programs, and performance improvement. A recipient of the IMS Global Leadership Award, Dr. Boothe has presented before the Texas Legislature and the State Board of Education on the future of digital learning and the importance of machine-readable learning standards, and has been recognized as a Google Certified Educator, Microsoft Innovative Educator, and Apple Teacher. Today, she serves as Chief Academics Officer for Comfort ISD, where she leads curriculum and instruction, teacher development, assessment data analysis, and strategic planning for the district. A proud member of the Comfort community and active board member and events chair of the Comfort Area Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Boothe brings both the data and the heart behind Comfort ISD's continued growth.
