🎆 Vendor Registration – Comfort 4th of July Celebration

Join us at Comfort Park for an exciting day of community fun, food, and celebration at our annual Independence Day event! This is your chance to showcase your business, artwork, or handcrafted goods to hundreds of attendees enjoying family-friendly festivities in the heart of Comfort, Texas.

🛍 Booth Details:

  • Each vendor space is 12’ x 12’, located outdoors at Comfort Park.
  • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, canopies, and display materials.
  • All tables must be covered or draped.
  • Booth setup begins at 9:00 AM and must be complete by 10:30 AM.
  • Event hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (early setup at 10:30 AM, teardown by 4:00 PM).
  • No electricity is provided.

🚫 Important Guidelines:

  • No refunds for cancellations or inclement weather.
  • No items with projectiles, loud noises, or unpleasant odors.
  • No beverages may be sold by vendors.
  • All food vendors must receive prior approval and may require:
    • Kendall County Temporary Food Permit ($25)
    • Food Handler's License
    • Certificate of Liability Insurance

Other Requirements:

  • Non-handcrafted items must be reviewed by the Independence Day Celebration Committee (photos required upon application).
  • Spaces are limited and first-come, first-served. Secure your booth today and be part of Comfort’s most anticipated summer celebration!

Time

Hours are 11:00 am to 2:00 pm – Booths may open at 10:30am. Set up begins at 9:00 am. You must be set up by 10:30 am and taken down by 3:00 pm.

Welcome! Please follow the steps below to complete your vendor registration for the Comfort 4th of July Celebration at Comfort Park:

  1. Fill Out the Online Form Completely
  2. Describe Your Booth and Products
  3. Review All Booth Guidelines
  4. Upload Required Photos (If Applicable)
  5. Agree to the Release & Hold Harmless Statement
  6. Submit Payment - Or request Invoice (Registration will not be valid until payment is received)
  7. Watch for Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your registration and payment are received and reviewed.
