Comfort Heritage Foundation General Meeting & Speaker

The next general meeting of the Comfort Heritage Foundation is on Monday, July 14 starting at 7:00 PM at the Archives building (7th & High St.). The meeting will begin with business updates and then our program for the evening should pique the interest of all of us fascinated in digging up our past. Literally. Mike McBride from the Hill Country Archeology Association will present the current excavation and research they are doing called the Crying Woman Ranch Project. The excavation is in its 6th year and has become an important living site of some of the first ancient Native Americans in the Hill country. This is sure to be a "must attend" event that you won't want to miss so mark your calendar and bring all your friends and family.
