Comfort Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Membership Meeting
March 9 | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Join us for our Annual Membership Meeting on March 9 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This important gathering provides an opportunity for members to stay informed, engaged, and connected.

During the meeting, we will formally introduce our new Board of Directors, provide updates on current Chamber initiatives, and share priorities for the year ahead. We will also allow dedicated time for member questions and open discussion.

Lunch will be available for purchase for $15.

We encourage all members to attend, participate in the conversation, and help shape the direction of our Chamber and community.

General Meeting and Texas Historic Landmark Presentation

The Comfort Heritage Foundation will host their next general meeting on Monday, March 9th starting at 7 pm at the historic Welfare Schoolhouse at 217 Waring-Welfare Road in Welfare. After a brief business discussion, one of our members will share the history of the Welfare schoolhouse and of rural Texas education there back in the late 1800's and early 1900's. The schoolhouse has recently been restored and is a beautiful relic of a one room schoolhouse. Everyone is welcome to attend. Refreshments will be provided.
